Privacy policy
Draft: this is an interim summary while the full document is prepared. It is what sign-up currently asks people to accept.
The full policy is being finalised with our lawyers. This summary describes what the platform actually does today and will be replaced here by the full document.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, mobile number and the address or postcode of the installation, given at sign-up.
- The credentials you connect for your inverter and your electricity retailer, stored encrypted and used only to read your data and, when you choose, to set your battery.
- Energy readings, prices, forecasts and the plans and decisions made from them.
- Sign-in records (time, device, network address) and server logs, kept for security and support.
How it is used
To show you your system, to plan and (if you turn it on) control your battery, to work out costs, to keep the service secure and to contact you about your account. Planning uses automated decision-making through an Australian-hosted AI gateway; nothing you connect is sold or used for advertising.
Your choices
You can see and change your details in the app or on this site, disconnect any credential at any time, and ask for your account and its data to be deleted. Backups are kept for 14 days.
